You understand and agree that this Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and that the Service owners assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the immediate termination of your active session, blocking of your IP address, or cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS PROVDIED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF THIS SERVICE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT EMAILS RECEIVED WILL BE DELIVERED OR DELETED ON TIME. USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
